What kind of businesses is HipiGEST for?
For horse stables, equestrian centers and riding schools: you manage horses, stalls, lessons, members, care records and invoicing in a single program.
How are stalls and boarding managed?
You see the stall map with its occupancy, assign each horse to its stall by dragging it, and can generate the monthly boarding invoices in one go.
Can members book lessons?
Yes. Each member joins their portal with an invitation code, where they see their lessons, book and cancel, and check their records and invoices.
What is a signed care record?
It is the entry for a farrier or vet visit, a deworming… It is closed with the signature of the staff and the owner and, once signed, it can no longer be edited or deleted.
What does each person on the team see?
There are four profiles: administration, staff, instructors and members. Each one sees only what applies to them; for example, instructors do not see contact details or invoicing.
Is my data separate from other stables' data?
Yes. Each stable's data is isolated in the database: no other stable can see it.
Does it work on mobile and in English?
The web app works on computer, tablet and phone, and is available in Spanish and American English.
